The Outdoor Adventure Rental Center at 220 N. Main on the Illinois State University campus houses the Outdoor Adventure Program. The Outdoor Adventure Program provides Adventure Trips, an Adventure Library, an Environmental Discovery Program and a challenge course. The Outdoor Adventure Rental Center rents a wide variety of camping and other outdoor equipment to students, faculty/staff, and the community.
The Outdoor Adventure Rental Center can provide you with high quality outdoor recreation equipment including: North Face backpacking tents; Mad River canoes; Necky sea kayaks; Camptrail and Gregory backpacks; sleeping bags, stoves, lanterns, coolers, and much more. The Outdoor Adventure Rental Center also stocks a variety of camping incidentals for purchase such as propane fuel, white gas fuel, Nalgene water bottles, Camp Suds and utensils.
We maintain a large inventory of our most frequently rented items such as tents and sleeping bags. We will usually have the items you would like to rent in stock.
