Recreation Services offers both Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to fit the needs of all our members. Our Group Fitness program offers the most comprehensive fitness and cycling classes in the region. No other program provides the same energy, variety, challenge, and benefits. With classes held daily in two different locations (The Rec and McCormick Hall), Group Fitness members have the opportunity to experience more than 50 different classes weekly!

Our energy-packed, diverse Group Fitness program will help you achieve your fitness goals and get the results you've been wanting. With the ability to attend any fitness or cycling classes you choose, you are sure to find the cross-training and interval-training benefits that target both the cardiovascular and muscular systems. Our Personal Training Program will allow you the opportunity to work one-on-one with a Personal Trainer. Together, you will set realistic, attainable goals and create a workout regimen that is individualized to fit your specific needs. Discover your potential by working with a Personal Trainer!
