Recreation Services offers both Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to fit the needs of all our members. Our Group Fitness program offers the most comprehensive fitness and cycling classes in the region. No other program provides the same energy, variety, challenge, and benefits. With classes held daily in four different locations (The Rec, Hamilton-Whitten, Hewett-Manchester and Tri-Towers Residence Halls), Group Fitness members have the opportunity to experience more than 50 different classes weekly!

With the ability to attend any fitness or cycling classes you choose, you are sure to find the cross-training and interval-training benefits that target both the cardiovascular and muscular systems. Our Personal Training Program will allow you the opportunity to work one-on-one with a Personal Trainer. Together, you will set realistic, attainable goals and create a workout regimen that is individualized to fit your specific needs. Discover your potential by working with a Personal Trainer!
