Class Descriptions:
Cardio Classes:
Advanced Step* - A step class designed for our advanced members. Requires a solid base of step choreography.
Cardio Kickbox- A non-contact workout that utilizes creative combinations of boxing and martial arts skills that challenge all components of fitness.
Cardio Step - A high energy workout incorporating a variety of creative combinations and patterns on a step platform.
Dance Off - This class combines funk, hip-hop, salsa and many more dance formats for a great cardio workout. Bring your energy, style and a touch of attitude!
Step & Kick - A combination of our Cardio Kickbox and Cardio Step formats all packed into one class.
Zumba - The new fitness craze that fuses Latin-based rhythms with motivating music, unique moves, and challenging combinations. Bring your energy and dance away your worries.
Combination Classes (Cardio and Strength):
Boxing Body Sculpt - Traditional Body Conditioning exercises combined with simple boxing combinations. A total body workout!
Jump & Pump - Burn hundreds of calories and learn to build amazing strength with intervals of jumping rope and body sculpting. This workout will help you achieve that lean and strong body you want!
Rope Burn - Tired of body sculpt classes and confusing choreography? Then try this intense combination of 30, 60 & 90 second intervals of jumping rope, plyometrics, strength training, & static holds sequenced to get you in the best condition of your life.
Step & CORE - This session includes basic step patterns followed by exercises to strengthen your abdominals and lower back.
Step & Sculpt -This session includes basic step patterns followed by toning exercises.
Cycle Classes:
Cycle - An indoor cycling class consisting of varying speeds, resistance levels and intensities targeted at raising your heart rate and toning your lower body. Let the instructor guide you through a 45 minute ride that you can tailor to fit your personal fitness goals and needs.
Cycle Yoga Fusion* - A combination of cycling and yoga. After a powerful cycling workout, stretch and cool down with a 30-minute yoga class. Your body will thank you!
Ride Strong - This class features 45 minutes of high intensity cycling followed by 30 minutes of total body strength training exercises. This class maximizes your total body workout with a high calorie burn to help you get results.
Mind Body Classes:
Pilates - This class will help you increase your core strength, flexibility, agility and economy of motion.
Yoga - A different kind of body toning; Yoga promotes muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Strength Classes:
Body Sculpt - A muscular strength and endurance class focused on toning the entire body.
BOSU and R.A.B. - This BOSU and Resist-a-Ball class will tone and strengthen all the major groups in you body. It will also focus on balancing and stabilizing your muscles while concentrating on proper form and alignment.
Hard Core - This class will tone your abs and lower back while emphasizing proper technique.
*Recommended for intermediate/advanced participants
GROUP FITNESS POLICIES
Pass Policy - Remember to always bring your membership pass and have it ready to show the instructor/program assistant.
Late Policy - Members are not allowed to enter class 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. You are encouraged to arrive 5-15 minutes early to secure your spot, get the proper equipment and be present for the class introduction and warm up. This is for your safety as well as the safety of others.
