Sport Clubs are an exciting way for students to get involved in various recreational organizations while attending Illinois State University. Each Sport Club is run primarily by students, with assistance by the Department of Recreation Services. Each club must first become a Registered Student Organization with the Student Involvement Center to reach sport club status. If you would like to start your own club (one not listed below), please contact the Sport Clubs office at the Department of Recreation Services at 438-2577.

Certification of License - EVERY driver must complete annually
Authorization Form for Special Users - University vehicles ONLY; Complete TWO weeks prior to travel
Internal Department Vehicle Request - University vehicles ONLY; Complete TWO weeks prior to travel
Safety Officer Drivers' Log - Turn in no later than TWO business days after travel
