Included in this line is a Nautilus Gravitron Upper Body system as well as 20+ pieces of Nautilus Nitro Plus strength training equipment. Free Weight Gym

Our Free Weight Gym consists of a lower level and mezzanine level complete with top-of-the-line quality Cybex free weight equipment and accessories. In addition, the gym is equipped with Iron Grip Urethane rubber dumbbells, Troy easy carrying rubber plates, rubber flooring and a quality sound system. Strongman Competition - April 25, 2009

Similar to the World's Strongest Man Contest on TV, this contest provides a unique experience for the average Illinois State student to show their strength with events like the Tire Flip, Van Pull, Atlas Stones, Keg Dead-Lift, Overhead Axle Press, Sandbag Sled Medley, and Farmer's Walk. Cost is just $10 and the deadline to register is April 21 by 4pm. For more information, call 438-8197.
